When someone has been injured, harmed, or suffered a loss through the wrongdoing or negligence of another, they are entitled to compensation. While the compensation cannot undo the harm, it can help the accident victim, or the family who has lost a loved one, begin the long road to recovery. This process is complicated and often inundated with intricate issues which require the expertise of someone who specializes in personal injury. Unlike many attorneys who dabble in the area of personal injury, Drew has exclusively practiced in this field for her entire legal career in both Georgia and Florida.

Drew is a trial attorney who has handled a wide variety of personal injury cases at both the state and federal levels. She aggressively and skillfully pursues each case with the intent of reaching the strongest possible outcome for her clients, either through trial or settlement. Drew has helped clients recover millions and tailors her practice to reach the best conclusion possible in as timely a manner as possible. One important component of Drew’s practice is that she does not shy away from challenging cases that other personal injury attorneys refuse to take. Through her litigation experience, Drew understands that sometimes recovery requires fighting for the compensation clients deserve in court and she is a fierce advocate who rises to that challenge. At the same time, she is equally experienced at negotiating settlements and has the skillset to get her clients the compensation required to meet their individual needs.

Drew provides the representation that clients and their families need when dealing with the financial, physical, and emotional repercussions of being an accident victim. No one ever plans to be the victim of another person’s negligence, but with the right guidance, anyone can rise above and persevere. Drew’s primary goal is to give clients the peace of mind of knowing that their case is being effectively and efficiently handled by someone who is committed to achieving the best possible result for them.

Not only does Drew have extensive litigation experience, but she also excels at providing clients with individualized attention. Drew is actively involved in every aspect of her client’s cases, from the initial client interview through the final resolution of the legal matter. Unlike many attorneys that focus on quickly settling easy cases, Drew focuses on carefully assessing each claim with the goal of maximizing its value and her client’s recovery.

Drew is licensed to practice law in all trial and appellate courts in both Georgia and Florida. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals for the State of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

In addition to her professional affiliations, Drew is also actively involved in her community. She is an active member of the Valdosta Junior Service League through which she has volunteered her time and services to many of the organizations in the local community to improve the cultural, welfare, recreational, civic, and educational conditions within Lowndes County. In addition to her membership, Drew has also served on the Executive Board of the Valdosta Junior Service League, as well as served as President-Elect, and has been elected to serve as President next year. Another important organization to which Drew has devoted her time is Leadership Lowndes, which focuses on building a better Lowndes County by exposing existing and emerging leaders to local challenges and opportunities.

Drew graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2009. She then attended Florida Coastal School of Law where she would become one of the most decorated members of the nationally-ranked Moot Court Honor Board. Drew graduated in 2012 and was admitted to the State Bar of Florida that same year. The next year she was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.
